This week’s Patently Obvious report focuses on the patent holdings of Jones Soda Company. Jones stated in their fiscal year 2009 annual report that they intended to pursue licensing arrangements with third parties in order to defend against patent violations. One such licensee was Longview, TX based Quark Images, LLC.
