M·CAM, Inc. and Dr. David Martin featured in the latest issue of the MLEX magazine titled “The Patent Armory”

Last week M·CAM, Inc. President, David Pratt and the M·CAM Analyst team were featured in a front page story of the New York Times titled “The Patent, Used as a Sword”. This week, M·CAM, Inc. and Dr. David Martin make an appearance in yet another article comparing today’s patent system to an arsenal of dangerous weapons; coincidence? We don’t think so.

Dr. David Martin teamed up with Juliane von Reppert-Bismark, MLEX Magazine Managing Editor, in the latest issue of the MLEX magazine titled The Patent Armory. In Dr. Martin’s report titled “Paper Weight”, he addresses the out-of-control patent system as it continues to overload the U.S. court system and federal agencies with complex decisions on the digital economy, which if not handled properly, could trigger a horrific backlash.
